What getting hit in the face by a volleyball taught me about creativity

Many people are scared of doing things which they used to love, but stopped doing when things got in the way. They are worried that they won't be as good as they used to be, that it will be harder than it used to be, that their performance won't be good anymore, that it will make them feel bad, or even worse, embarrass themselves in front of others (especially those who are already better than them). Here, I tell my embarrassing story about when this most recently happened to me (when I was hit in the face by a volleyball). And then I share my advice on how to overcome this fear of restarting something, in order to continue developing your creativity.
