from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures
First, The plaintiff and his wife say he married the defendant’s mother years before while they were drunk in Vegas. After she got pregnant, she denied the plaintiff was the father, but he wants proof. He’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant and her sister say their mother was a crack addict who turned tricks, so they were in foster care. She says she only found out the plaintiff might be her father years later. Then, The plaintiff met the defendant when she was working at a strip club, and they hooked up a few times. She says they reconnected later, and he offered to help her sell some of the property she was looking to give away. The plaintiff claims the defendant never sold the items, so she’s suing for the value of stolen property. The defendant argues the property was a gift and he never agreed to sell it. Plus, The plaintiff is an emergency room nurse and loves gardening. He brings his next-door neighbor to court because he claims the defendant poured poison on his flowers and killed them all. He’s suing for damaged property. The defendant admits she doesn’t like the flowers and thinks they look tacky. She claims she poured the substance on his flowers to help them grow, not poison them.
