​Megyn Kelly has changed quite a lot in recent years. I think that much is undeniable - she herself acknowledges it. But what explains that change?In this video, I make the case that it is largely due to her falling victim to "audience capture" - an increasingly common trap for online, supposedly "independent" media personalities.
