Even though we have specific rights detailed by the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights, this Administration thinks it is OK to eavesdrop on the American Public. The balance of power has become creepy and weird. The government has taken the position that with no meaningful judicial review any American citizen alleged to be an Enemy Combatant could be detained indefinitely without charges or council on the government's say so. First Yahoo, then Google and your international phone calls then your email and local phone calls. Where does it end?
