What happens in business and family when I don’t set boundaries

from Elder My City, with Tim Schmoyer · host Schmoyer Media

It's important that my business stays focused on becoming the best in the world at one thing, not mediocre at a lot of things. When I lose my focus, the business declines. I have to say "no" to a lot of good and tempting things in order to win.Same with my family. Right now people are asking us to make family videos again, but we stopped Reclaiming Motherhood because we just don't have the bandwidth for it. It's easy for a family to get pulled in a lot of different directions and sacrifice time and relationships together if there's not a clear and focused vision that drives us forward.Questions?
