Von der Theaterstückadaption What Happens Later (basierend auf Shooting Star) sollen wir uns vor allem deswegen ins Kino locken lassen, weil Meg Ryan nach vielen Jahren Pause mal wieder in einem Film, der nach ihrer Paradedisziplin “Romcom” aussieht, auf großer Leinwand schauspielert. Dazu auch noch Regie geführt und an der Drehbuchumsetzung mitgearbeitet hat. Das Ergebnis ist allerdings so langweilig und arm an Reizen, dass es eher in Grabbeltisch-DVD-Ständer neben Supermarktkassen gehört hätte.
