The Trump administration has announced its intention to withdraw from 66 international bodies, including the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Later this month, on January 27, the US will also officially depart the Paris Agreement for the second time. What does all this mean for global climate action?
