What Happens To 26 Year Old Women??

There is a very curious trend that I've been seeing as a dating coach for over 12 years - And it involves 26-year-old women. It appears as though many women approach a powerful identity crisis at this age which can have catastrophic effects on relationships and radically alter a woman's personality and life direction. This mid-life crisis seems to happen at a much younger age for women than it does for men. What would be the reason for this? And how could you avoid being hurt by women as they go through this process?
