What Happens to Bronny James Now That LeBron Is Leaving? Plus, Kawhi Trade Weirdness!

The assumption among many fans now that LeBron is out the door is that Bronny is soon to follow, or should be at least, whether that's because the Lakers push him out (why bother with him now that dad is gone) or another team acquires him as part of their LeBron Recruitment Pitch.  But is that how this is going to play out? Should it be?  The Lakers aren't going to release Bronny, knowing he's guaranteed $2.3 mil. And while he's not ready to be a rotation player yet, Bronny is still only 21 and made strides from year 1 to year 2. Would it be worth giving him another year to improve, and see what happens? Is Los Angeles the best spot for him, given the high expectations for the roster and relatively limited opportunities for playing time?  One thing is for sure, the hope here is that Bronny doesn't get treated like a prop joined with his dad, becaus that would undercut a lot of the work he's done over the last couple of seasons.
