What Have I Done?

In this sermon on Jeremiah 8:6, Charles Spurgeon urges everyone to seriously examine their lives by asking "What have I done?" because God is listening and watching for any signs of repentance, and most people avoid this question because they're afraid of what they'll discover about themselves. Spurgeon helps people answer by showing that even moral, religious people who trust in their good works are still condemned because salvation comes only through Christ, while those living in obvious sin need to face the horrifying list of their transgressions including drunkenness, swearing, Sabbath-breaking, greed, prayerlessness, and worst of all, leading others into sin.
