What Have You Learned?

As Chief has suggested a few times to Ms Dava, assessing what we've learned is critical to becoming a Leader of Character. So, Chief guides Ms Dava through an assessment of what she's learned from her experience as a leader the past few months. Ms Dava shares her thoughts and experiences on the topics of assessment, empathy, confrontation, and win-win agreements to name a few. Chief constantly reminds Ms Dava that leaders have to take a break once in a while to regenerate their energy, so they'll be taking a hiatus during the month of July. Happy Summer, Everyone!
