A lovely listener reached out to me this past week to share that one of my Eclipse episodes really spoke to her. In fact, she said it felt like I was speaking DIRECTLY to her. I always love to hear that. Such a testament to how attuned we're all becoming to one another who are walking the path to Divine Feminine remembrance. I was speaking of how heartbreak always has a valuable lesson to teach us and she said, " I believe that my experience did have a lesson...I don't know what it is, yet I know it was there." This inspired me to take some time to consider, what does heartbreak, brief, loss, and devastation teach us?On this Identify & Heal solo episode, I share what I have identified as some of the lessons we can learn from heartbreak, grief, & loss. Explaining how many heartbreaks actually have more to do with our Ego than our Heart and occur when we put all our stock in something outside of ourselves to provide us something we feel we need. Love, acceptance, approval, accolades, achievement....the list goes on. In addition heartbreak can come into our lives to put us face to face with our shadow self. This shows us what keeps holding us back time and again so we can finally end the cycle and step onto our Path of Destiny & let go of any distractions from it.
