What helped you grow your business in year 2-3-4 SHOW LESSHey been following your channel . Nice to see someone talk realistically about there first year and what it takes . Can you expand more on what helped you grow your business in year 2-3-4 and what you changed outside of making cold calls . Thanks  What helped you grow your business in year 2-3-4  To grow your business you really have to grow yourself. There is a great quote by one of my mentors Jim Rhon and it goes like this "“If you work on your job, you’ll make a living. If you work on yourself, you’ll make a fortune.” The most important thing in the business especially if you're having a hard time starting out to really work hard on staying focused and not quitting the business. Those early years can sometimes be extremely hard because the real estate Gods need to see that you want it... You have to continuously work on yourself go to seminars go to training's go to sales training do everything you have to do to continuously become a better version of yourself. When you start making a little money after you catch up on all your bills make sure you put that money away so you could reinvested back in your business. So you can also reinvested back in yourself becoming better and making you a better business person and a better salesperson. Eventually all the clients that you got from calling and cold calling and just being out there working end up sending you their friends and family and become repeat and referral business. That's when the business becomes beautiful and fun but you have to earn that it took me approximately 7 to 9 years to get to that place of working in the business all the time.
