What I Learned From YogaLife Thailand

from The Madelyn Moon Show (Previously Mind Body Musings) · host Maddy Moon

Episode 93:  For the past six years of my life, I have been eager to make my way over to the beautiful country of Thailand. As many of you may know by now, I spent the past two weeks on a yoga retreat with a company called YogaLife Thailand. I got to see elephants, hang with monkeys, meet some exceptional women, have some laughs, go kayaking, hike to a waterfall, go snorkeling, and so much more. I had an amazing experience in Thailand, and I am excited to spend today sharing with you some of the highlights of my trip, and give you an in-depth look at YogaLife so you can decide if this would be a good fit for you too! I really cannot convey how much this trip meant to me inside of a 30 minute podcast, so you're just going to have to take my word for it! And if you have any questions about YogaLife, feel free to reach out to me or them to get some more information about the next tour in May!
