What I Learned While Writing Rewired
from Rewired · host R.P. Shanahan

This year and a half of examining my life unearthed many insights into myself and forced me to question some beliefs. Below are some thoughts of mine about what I learned while writing my first book. It’s on the longer side but I had a lot to say. So here it goes. Get full access to Rewired at rpshanahan.substack.com/subscribe
