As we enter September…as the festive season begins…as the markets get busier…as your WhatsApp fills with enquiries…as your Instagram fills with competitors…as advertising gets more expensive…don't get distracted by the noise.Go back to your numbers.Go back to your best products.Go back to your customers.Go back to your sales channels.And ask yourself:“What is the simplest business I can build that generates strong, healthy cash flow?”Because I wish someone had asked me that question ten years ago.Maybe I would have reached some milestones faster.Maybe I would have made fewer mistakes.Maybe I would have saved a lot of time and money.But then again…perhaps all those mistakes are exactly what gave me the wisdom I have today.And that is why I believe in mentors.
