What if God is Closer Than You Think? Sometimes, in the midst of life's struggles, we feel alone, as if God is distant. We pray, but the answers don't come as quickly as we hoped, and it feels like we're speaking to empty space. Psalm 139:7-10 reminds us that there is nowhere we can go where God is not already with us: "Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there."
