Frontline workers are instructed to take the shot. But what if as leaders we fail to equip them in a manner so that we don't set them up to fail and miss the shot altogether? As leaders, we are responsible for providing the appropriate tools and skills set for our teams to take the shot effectively. By providing the necessary training and developmental workshops, we maintain the most current and up to date resources. Don't just tell your team what you require them to do and leave them to figure things out. Avoid the unnecessary gaps in the organization. Ensure that your team will not miss when they take the shot.
