I’ve lived through the heartbreak of infertility, three miscarriages, and the unbearable moment I had to send an email to 250 people telling them I lost a baby at 16 weeks. That’s not just failure. That’s public, gut-wrenching grief. But here’s the thing: it shaped me. It cracked me open in ways that made space for something new, something meaningful. That’s when HelpUsAdopt.org was born. It wasn’t easy, and it definitely wasn’t perfect, but it was real.
