We at The Pass met her at the Franciacorta Karting Track on the occasion of the FIA Karting OK-OKJ World Championship, an event that Eliska attended to compete in the premier class of single-speed karting with the Forza Racing team. Throughout our Track Talk, Eliska talked about her relationship with a passion that has become a fundamental part of herself and her family, also explaining to us how her decision to take a step back allowed her to return to the track stronger and with more awareness than before.   Driving a kart at the age of five, the Czech born in 2005 dives into motorsport to share it with her two sisters and later also with her younger brother. The desire to be the fastest represents her initial motivation and over time it contributes to making this discipline an essential aspect of her life, without which she cannot even imagine herself. This is how a path full of ups and downs as well as of joy and pain takes shape, along which she finds the strength to overcome fears, stereotypes and uncertainties, which Eliska told us about.    Currently training for the next season after having recently become the first woman to be crowned Italian champion, Eliska demonstrates how much it is possible and important to work on yourself in order to learn to be more confident, believe in your abilities and enjoy what you love with more lightheartedness.   Her The Pass? Il desiderio di essere la più veloce rappresenta la sua motivazione iniziale e nel tempo contribuisce a rendere questa disciplina un aspetto essenziale della sua vita, senza il quale non riesce nemmeno a immaginarsi. È così che prende forma un percorso pieno di alti e bassi così come di gioia e dolore, lungo il quale trova la forza di superare paure, stereotipi e insicurezze, di cui Eliska ci ha parlato.    Attualmente impegnata negli allenamenti in vista della prossima stagione dopo essere da poco diventata la prima donna a laurearsi campionessa italiana, Eliska dimostra quanto sia possibile e importante lavorare su sé stessi per imparare ad avere più fiducia nelle proprie capacità e per godersi con più leggerezza ciò che si ama.   Il suo The Pass?
