What If It's Not Negative?
from And What Else?
Send us Fan MailOver the years, there's a response I've noticed people receive when they say they are in coaching or therapy and that's that they're mentally weak, have poor mental health, been through something awful or are suffering with grief or abuse. It's often seen as more of a negative thing that they need help, rather than a positive thing. I've experienced it myself, when I see judgement on people's faces when they hear what I do. What I want to touch on in today's episode, is that I really don't think it's a negative thing at all!
