What if Trump wins elections in 2024 but Vice President Harris says no? How would Trumpists react?

Can the Republicans govern and do they care about it? They have a majority in the House of Representatives, but at this moment they are unable to elect the Speaker of the House. The candidacy of Jim Jordan just bit the dust despite the endorsement from Donald Trump. But should somebody like Jordan be seriously considered to become the House Speaker? The congressman from Ohio is known for supporting the Big Lie and he voted not to certify the Electoral College results. So what if Trump wins the presidential elections in 2024, but Vice President Kamala Harris says his electoral votes don't count? How would somebody like Jordan react?
