What if You Don't Like Your Leader?

What should you do if you work for a #leader​ that you don't like or don't get along with? If you're in this situation you typically have a few options. 1) Do nothing and suffer. 2) Have a conversation with your leader. 3) Try to switch teams. 4) Quit. 5) Focus on doing great quality work. Regardless of the path you take, I think the worst option here is the first one. If you do nothing and just complain about your situation then I'm sorry, but you deserve what you get. You have to take charge over your own personal and professional success. I talk about this more in the video. Let me know what you think.
