In this video we discuss what a kick off meeting is in clinical research. Many companies may call it different things but they are all the same. The meeting is to assemble the team that is in charge of running the clinical trials, from the project managers, to the data managers, to the Clinical Trial Leads and LCRA's and any sponsor personnel who needs to be present.
