What is a Deacon?

#bibleteaching #victoryfallon #deacons What is a deacon, and what is he actually called to do? In Acts 6:1–7, we see that deacons are not simply men who hold a title or take care of church business. They are servants who help carry burdens, care for people, protect the unity of the church, and help keep the mission moving forward. Deacon ministry is ultimately about strengthening the church so the church can continue making disciples and spreading the Word of God. And the example of faithful deacons should challenge every believer to ask: Where can I serve? Whom can I help?
