Send a textThis episode is all about the final walk through and why you never want to skip it! I am joined by an amazing colleague and mentor, Tracy Chambers. Tracy has been a realtor for years and has a lot of experience with the whole process so when I asked her if she'd be willing to share her stories I was excited when she said yes! A final walk through is the time you get to see the home before signing and making sure that the house looks like it did the day you went into contract. It is also a time to make sure that any fixes that were agreed upon in the remedy period were completed.Ohio is a buyer beware state so if you sign for something and you didn't do the final walk through and there are issues it will be very difficult if not impossible to get those things fixed after closing.
