In the last episode author and Leadership Coach, Deshaun Williams spoke with us about the very sensitive subject of suicide prevention through writing. In that interview, he gave us an account of his own experience with suicidal thoughts and how he overcame them and wrote his book The Greatness Within.  This week we are continuing our conversation with Deshaun Williams. I noticed during my talk with him that he was extremely enthusiastic about podcasting.
