A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Chris coached in academies and soccer schools in the UK before moving to Cambodia to set up a new branch of his Elite Soccer Coaching development center. After growing his business in the capital of Phnom Penh, he caught the eye of local professional clubs and became Academy Director of Phnom Penh Crown FC. After a few years in the role, he got the opportunity to step away from the field and into the offices of PKR Svay Rieng.
