What is a T Visa?

I am a life-long cyberfeminist. Among my many computer projects, I started an email list for people going to the 1995 United Nations Women's Conference in Beijing and followed up by managing a list for domestic violence workers, victims, and survivors. 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls.
