I decided to interview my friend, Dale Lature, who has studied this important topic for a long time; together we explored its definition, significance, his inspirations and mentors, and the challenges it faces. It's a wide-ranging discussion, full of references for anyone wanting to research further; however, it was the challenges in the US Christian community that really stood out as a massive obstacle to overcome.
