What IS Energy Healing and How Does it Work?

In this episode, I discuss how I was introduced to energy healing back in massage therapy school in 1995. Polarity Therapy was my first taste of energy work and I've been curious ever since. But my insatiable quest to learn about healing didn't stop with Reiki. I have made it my life's work to travel the globe in search of the best healers I can find.
