from The Audacious Life - Break Free · host Stephani Roberts
Gaslighting is a term that comes up a lot when dealing with personality disorders, i.e., narcissists, sociopaths, psychopaths. In this brief definition episode, I cover what it is and offer concrete examples that may appear in toxic and controlling relationships. I've created a handful of shorter episodes with definitions for anyone new to this topic and confused by unfamiliar terms. gas·light /ˈɡaslīt/ Learn to pronounce verb gerund or present participle: gaslighting manipulate (someone) by psychological means into questioning their own sanity.
