What is Healing?

Have you ever had an awakening or epiphany that opened up new insights for you, that shifted your perceptions or elevated your consciousness? It may have brought you healing for a physical, mental, or emotional condition. Or it may have set you on a spiritual quest. My healing journey began with an “out of this world” epiphany that included all of the above. It put me on a pathway of seeking and a strong desire to heal. Many times I wanted to find that epiphany experience again. I wanted another WOW moment. I have had many WOW moments along the path, but the WOW moments are the door openers. They swing open a door and flash a neon sign that says “Go this way!” The healing then happens with each step along the path. There are many modalities of healing, but at the core they have common goals or results, We are representations of spirit in human bodies who have forgotten why we are here, and we have an innate desire to know our truths. In this week’s Meditation and Healing Circle, we tap into the seeking heart that guides the pathway to discover truths. This is the one that calls us home – individually and collectively - to be the representative of spirit in form. Listen to this episode for a healing exploration.
