First I say much love to anyone who is being directly affected by this coronavirus, or any other illness that effects how you operate in the world.. As this seems to be growing in impact across the globe, I have gone through a variety of emotions, behavioral patters.. questions and uncertainty.. As things began to get moved, postponed or cancelled... It really called into question for me how ok I was without any of my previous distractions.. even the ones that I feel are healthy activities.. What, or Who am I without them... As mindful as I look to be in my life.. life still goes on as I've created it.. But when all of this began to shift for me .. I found myself responding like a caged rat! lol And emotionally it was pretty uncomfortable for me .. It still is at times.. and although I am someone who LOVES isolation ... I am also someone who LOVES options.....  So... with so many of those options being removed.. I  have really understood what it was telling me .. or asking me to do... Dive Deeper.....I feel this is a type of global reset if you will... about who and what we are... how can we dive deeper during this time of isolation and uncertainty to really show the best that humanity has to offer... What you focus on expands... No matter what the situation is... Choose to focus the best you can on love.. and the solution .. and I feel like we will create more love and solutions in the world...
