It's a journey to stop being afraid of who you are, to stop hiding from yourself and just be who you are. It's a journey to stop seeking validation from others and realizing that your value lies within yourself.Wondering what an INFP likes? Or what their daily thought process is? Hopefully this video helps and also acts as a growth guide to help you use your personality type's traits. Whether you're a male or female INFP, I'm sure you've experienced some of these moments in some way. And in the end, don't worry about how others have perceived you or the memes on the internet - things get better the more you get out there and learn about yourself :) Does that mean it's easy?
