What this episode covers

We are called to be replicators of Christ which we cannont do if we do not eradicate what makes us betrayers of Christ. Enduring love has an expectation of disappointment. Jesus knows Peter was going to disappoint Him yet soon after being betrayed by Peter, Jesus dies for him. Jesus knows what suffering is in his disciples' future and does not save them from it but prepaes them for it. The greatest love allows those we love to suffer in order to glorify God.
