What is Menopause... Actually?

Please, for the love, listen to this episode about Menopause. Amy discusses Menopause with Melissa Clark, a Nurse Practitioner, who has focused on Women's Health for over 14 years. Melissa's approach to Women's Health included focusing on the whole woman, not just one aspect. Plus she is a collaborative practitioner that understands the value of a team approach to an individual's health. Menopause has a lot of misconception around it. There is also a lot of mystery on what actually defines Menopause. We try to clear some of that up with Amy and Melissa. Check out this episode, we hope it clears up some questions and sheds some light on the fact there is NO one sized fits all approach. You are you. A beautiful and uniquely made creation. So that is how your health needs to be addressed! The topic of Menopause, hormones and sexual health will be one we dig in to down the road more with a sort of Q & A panel over an episode. That means we need your questions. The easiest way is to click here and ask your question. WE WILL NOT use your name in any way. We will certainly consider your question. Also, if you have a topic you would like us to cover, please let us know by clicking the link. The links is literally for you to send questions to us.
