Andrew Bartlow is the founder of Series B Consulting and People Leader Accelerator, and the author of the new book "Scaling for Success." In this conversation, I sit down with Andrew Bartlow to talk about his career and work in HR, what it was like to grow up in a family business, and how he's built People Leader Accelerator, his modern executive development program for HR people. We discuss how growing up in a formative family business that eventually went bankrupt has impacted both his need for stability and security, and his passion for entrepreneurship, and his path into HR.
