What is needed today in leadership featuring Anne Reinke of the TIA

Joining Kristy Knichel is Anne Reinke, President & CEO of the Transportation Intermediaries Association, or the TIA, as it is known. Both Anne and Kristy happen to be female leaders in the transportation sector and work closely with the railroads. Needless to say, the big topic of this conversation revolves around leadership! Anne discusses what leadership strategies have helped her the most and where she sees room for growth with regards to her work as President & CEO of the TIA. Prior to joining TIA as their leader in 2020, Anne worked at the U.S. Department of Transportation. Her time in public service was preceded by a 16-year career in the Washington, DC office of CSX Corporation, where Anne ultimately became the Vice President of Government Affairs, overseeing the Federal, State Government and Community Affairs Departments. Before joining CSX, she worked at the Association of American Railroads and the High Speed Ground Transportation Association.
