Zambia and many other developing nations are estimated to lose between 35% to 50% of their food during the post-harvest process—an alarming figure that deprives millions of access to quality, nutritious food. But what exactly is Post-Harvest Technology? Why does it matter? And how can Zambia use it to reduce these massive losses?
