What is self-discovery, and why is it necessary? With Kurt Bush

from Andy‘s PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT · host ANDY

Kurt Bush is a certified Internal Family Systems Practitioner, trauma-informed coach, and co-founder of Brimstone Coaching Group. With a background spanning corporate leadership, pastoral ministry, and coaching, Kurt helps leaders break free from self-doubt, embrace authenticity, and confidently lead. Having overcome his struggles with imposter syndrome, Kurt is passionate about guiding others through transformational growth and authentic leadership. Through Brimstone’s unique E + R = T approach (Encounter + Reflection = Transformation), Kurt equips individuals and teams to move from exhaustion and frustration to clarity and wholeness. He is also the co-host of The Brimstone Coaching Podcast, where he and his coaching partner explore leadership, personal growth, and breaking through barriers. About a decade ago, I was invited into some work of self-discovery and growing self-awareness. This work changed my life. Not only that, but it became abundantly clear that this work (coaching people in the journey of transformation, beginning with self-discovery) was the work that I wanted to give my life to. So I did. Over the last 3 years, my business partner and I (Chris Godfredsen) have developed a coaching philosophy that we believe deeply in, mostly because it's both rung true in our lives AND helped lead to real transformation in our lives. I believe that each of us had important and impactful (not necessarily traumatic, but definition) encounters in our first formation years.@https://www.brimstonecoachinggroup.com/ https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1448690482https://www.instagram.com/kurtbush1/#KurtBush#PersonalDevelopmentExpert#LifeCoach#selfdiscoverycoach #InspirationalSpeaker
