What is Spirituality?

This term has defined and redefined infinite times over and yet words still don’t quite explain it. But here is Thomas attempting to explain it. Thomas is one of the spirits I communicate with regularly. I record his messages in a journal but lately I’ve been lead to share them with you and I will be using Ai to generate a body and a new voice for Thomas really soon. One thing at a time though.
