What is the cure for overthinking

I give you some tips and advice to stop overthinking.For many years, I was overcome with overthinking, and I struggled to find ways to stop thinking so much. It would dominate my life, as I'd worry about what people thought of me, how my actions affected them--and if they knew or saw the real me running underneath.It's very easy to get caught up in what you may or may not be doing right....or what you did do, or didn't do. Or to be consumed by the past. But the past is meant to be a way of learning and improving. Another thing that I didn't mention in the video is the use of meditation to quit the overthink and freak-out habit that many overthinkers go through.
