What is the Gen AI Governance Framework?

How can leaders and their internal auditors manage the risks and enjoy the rewards of using generative artificial intelligence? Marc Eulerich of the University of Duisburg-Essen, David Wood of BYU, and their co-authors recently published a new enterprise risk framework for gen AI that might help. Marc answered questions about that framework when we caught up with him at the IIA International Conference.
