What is the Internet? The development of the concept of computers in the 1950s brought the data transfer between devices into the agenda. Package designs in the digital network were developed in laboratories in France and England, especially in the USA. With the discovery of high connection speed, the history of the internet is carried to a different dimension. File sharing between two devices can now be done easily. However, the main problem that arises in this situation is the possibility of damage to the physical network that will provide data flow between two points. The concept of the Internet was pronounced in the TCP protocol by Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn for the first time in history. The system, which facilitates access to information by combining all networks around the world, was further developed between 1973 and 1980. As of January 1, 1983, ARPANET announced that every device connected to the network must accept the Communication Control Protocol.
