What is the remedy for all the problems?

from Fundamental Expressions · host Y V Chawla

What is the remedy for all the problems? To clearly understand the fact that the feeling of uneasiness and uncertainty is part of natural functioning of the brain. You are on the Original ground. Any practice, device to suppress it, to escape it leads to dullness, decay. When any unfavourable, unpalatable situation arises-brain gathers energy to meet the situation. This gathering of energy may take the form of stress, anxiety, fear or confusion. It labels the gathering of energy as stress, fear, anxiety or confusion as it is in relief mode, sleep mode, it is not prepared for this rising. Can the brain be so activated that it is always in ‘alert mode’? You are in the limitless field. You are on the Original ground. Nothing can be ‘thrown out’ of the mind including any feeling like fear, confusion, anger. The illusion has taken over as if any discomforting feeling can be removed from the mind or covered up by pleasant, comforting feeling. To see this is to be on the total ground. Transformation happens. You are attuned to supreme relaxation with unending friction to operate.
