A reality that is mixed with objective truth as well as some undeniable fiction that we create for ourselves based on our emotions. So in this episode of the Ending Physician Overwhelm we're going to be asking ourselves, "what are the stories in my head?"We'll take a look at where this often arises for physician, how to help to differentiate fact from fiction, and we'll discuss strategies for taking control of our own narrative.
