What Is This Energetic Shift We Are All Feeling?

It seems that everyone I work with and speak to is feeling very interesting things recently.  The energetic shift appears to be affecting a large number of people, not just those who have some type of connection to the universe.  It largely feels like a calm before the storm, a time of forced waiting on some huge impending shift or change.  This is a short podcast about my thoughts on this phenomena.
