Most people might assume they know how to give and receive support to their loved ones in the best way possible but it might not be based on that individual. I dive deep discussing the importance of being aware of you're own desires when it comes to support and how to identify how to support you're loved ones based on what they need.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile.
