Elana Smith is the owner and founder of One World Zero Waste, located in Tequesta and Delray Beach! Her and her husband Stephen created a zero waste store in order to live a sustainable and environmentally friendly life, cutting out their trash and thinking about the next hundred years ahead of us. All of the household and food items in the store are plastic free and either reusable, washable, compostable or biodegradable. They partner with local farms to bring fresh, organic produce to the community every single week and take food waste very seriously.
